Please submit all catering requests at least 3 days in advance.
- Combination of any two choices (angus steak, chicken breast, carnitas, adobada, steak fajitas, chicken fajitas, chile verde, cheese enchiladas, beef enchiladas, chicken enchiladas, or chile rellenos)
- Beans (refried, black, or whole beans)
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Salsa (red, green, chunky & carrots)
- Forks & napkins
- Food served in stainless steel chafing dishes
- Serving tables with linens
- Serving utensils
- Salsa bar set up
- Servers managing the food buffet line (1.5 hours)
- Clean up
($15 per person, plus 18% service fee — 35 person minimum)
