Wow I thought the ratings for this place may be sandbagged or something but it’s really good. Have been a few times and it is consistently good food with good service and a nice atmosphere. Shout out to our latest server Karen she was very attentive and nice. There can be a wait here if you go at a busy time so ... make a reservation or be prepared to wait a bit. The margaritas are good with a nice balance of flavor, not crazy sweet. The carne asada had intense good flavor and wasn’t dry. I liked that the carne asada burrito did not have a bunch of extra stuff in like rice and beans etc, they came on the plate separately. The salsa and guac is really outstanding too, nice smoky roasted flavor in the salsa and very fresh. We had an amazing experience at Guadalajara in Tucson! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and everything felt authentic from the moment we walked in. Ate here while Visiting Tucson with my family. We really enjoyed the guacamole made at our table! Delicious! The food is amazing, and the portions are large. The employees are very friendly and on top of things! This place is definitely a must try.
