Wow I thought the ratings for this place may be sandbagged or something but it’s really good. Have been a few times and it is consistently good food with good service and a nice atmosphere. Shout out to our latest server Karen she was very attentive and nice. There can be a wait here if you go at a busy time so ... make a reservation or be prepared to wait a bit. The margaritas are good with a nice balance of flavor, not crazy sweet. The carne asada had intense good flavor and wasn’t dry. I liked that the carne asada burrito did not have a bunch of extra stuff in like rice and beans etc, they came on the plate separately. The salsa and guac is really outstanding too, nice smoky roasted flavor in the salsa and very fresh. It’s rare to find a restaurant that does good food with good service and a nice vibe so I think this place definitely deserves five stars. Read More

We went down from Phoenix area just to try the food as one of our friends recommended the place and let me tell you, food was amazing! My favorite part was the home made salsas and guacamole. We asked for spicy and it did not disappoint. Best salsa I've had in a while. We will definitely make the hour and half drive ... again just for the food and experience! I wish I had better pictures. We went here TWICE in a row in this exact location! The live salsa and guacamole in the making is what really stands out as I'd never seen these kind in any Mexican restaurants I've been in VA and Vegas and mostly in S.Korea! The food are so authentically delicious! All the Mexican food I'd eaten in S.Korea are just ... fusions! We were so amazingly happy and delightful to visit Tucson AZ and finally eat an AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD! The staff Felix, Diana and the other lady who last served us and made us salsa and guacamole are all professionally kind. We'd love to go back in a heartbeat.
