Since 2002, Guadalajara’s Grill & Tequila Bar has been offering the freshest, highest-quality Mexican food in Tucson, Arizona. We create authentic flavors inspired by the cuisine of Guadalajara, Mexico. Our convenient locations in Midtown and East Tucson make it easy for you to experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of Mexico. Whether you visit us on your lunch break or enjoy a night out at our bar and grill, you will have an immersive experience at our Mexican restaurant.

Tequila/Margaritas

Beyond our outstanding Mexican food, we have a full tequila bar. You can choose from 100 of the finest tequilas. We recommend our Patron Silver, Cazadores Reposado, or Don Julio Anejo shots, but you can always branch out and explore new tequila brands. You can also order one of our margaritas, from our classic House Margarita to The Guadalajarita, a super-sized glass with two shots of tequila.

Tableside Salsa

We are known throughout Tucson for our fresh, tableside salsa. Whereas other Mexican restaurants in Tucson may give you cheap salsa, we only serve the best quality salsa made from local ingredients. Even better, our Salseras will make your salsa tableside. You can choose which ingredients and what level of spice you prefer. The first bowl is on us!

Fresh Guacamole

Guacamole is one of the most refreshing sides you can have with your Mexican food. At Guadalajara’s Grill & Tequila Bar, we make all of our guacamole from the finest avocados, crushed onsite twice a day. You can have our guacamole as an appetizer before your main course, or you can add it to your dish. You can even try our Guaco Tacos, which are delicious corn tortillas filled with our famous guacamole.

Flaming Fajitas

Make your dinner an exciting event with our flaming fajitas. All of our fajitas are made with tender, top-quality meat. Pair this with fresh grilled vegetables and corn or flour tortillas on the side and you have a dinner you are sure to enjoy. As if that wasn’t enough, you can choose a tequila from our bar and we will set your fajita ablaze tableside. You will not soon forget this sizzling and savory dish.

Molcajetes

On the traditional side, we offer dishes served in molcajetes. These are clay bowls which are the Mexican counterpart to a mortar and pestle. Our molcajete offerings are served in authentic, hot stone pots and are piled high with meat or seafood along with red and green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. If you are in the mood for traditional Mexican food, this is the way to go.

Mariscos

If you are a fan of authentic and delicious Mexican seafood, you will be astounded by our selection. All of our fish and seafood is fresh and delicious, from our Baja Fish Tacos to our Lobster Enchiladas. With so many options, you may have a hard time deciding. If that is the case, we recommend our Plato Capitan which includes salmon, scallops, and shrimp to satisfy all of your seafood cravings.

Appetizers

Start your meal out right with one of our appetizer options. One of our most popular appetizers is our mini chimis. These are a smaller version of our delicious chimichangas, with your choice of beef or chicken for the meat. The dish comes with a side of guacamole and sour cream for dipping. We also recommend our Chori-Queso, an innovative twist on classic queso dip that features fresh pork chorizo.

Lunch Options

Outside of our dinner offerings, we have a lunch menu that will turn Guads into your new favorite lunch destination. We offer a taco salad bar where you can build your own taco salad by selecting your favorite shells, meats, and dressings. You can also enjoy traditional tacos, from carne asada tacos to shredded chicken. Whether you dine in or take your Mexican food to-go, we will provide you the highest quality dishes for your next lunch out.

Desserts

Finish your experience at Guadalajara’s Grill & Tequila Bar with something sweet. Mexican food does not have to be only savory and we offer two traditional Mexican desserts that are sure to delight.
