This place is a true treasure. I could tell that this place was going to be five stars the moment that we had fresh salsa prepared at the table not to long after we walked in and were sat. The salsa chef made the salsa so delicious that it blew our minds. Guadalajara Mexican Gill brings authentic Mexican food, ... excellent service, and an atmosphere that really makes you feel like you are part of family at home having a great meal. I can tell that the owners put a lot of hard work into making great food and having a great atmosphere for customers. Excellent in every way! I have never seen salsa prepared in front of me before; so delicious. Less than 5 minutes from the time I ordered my food to when it was placed before me. Our server, Ramon, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend this authentic place.

Alex was amazing! He was singing, dancing, serving, he does it all! Knew the menu like the back of his hand and had great suggestions. The atmosphere is great and you will not be disappointed! You even get freshly made salsa and guacamole right in front of you! Delicious.
