Fire-Roasted Tomatoes

We roast fresh tomatoes onsite daily, then mix them with a blend of dry chilies to create our delicious salsa base. Our Salseras then add other ingredients to customize your salsa to your tastes. You know it is fresh because of its deep red color and refreshing flavor.

Garlic

Every ingredient in our recipe contributes to the scrumptious final result. Roasted garlic adds a depth of flavor to your tableside salsa. This mixes with the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro to create an amazing flavor.

Onions

Diced onions add texture and flavor to the mix. As with all of our other vegetables, these are always fresh and delicious. You will be able to taste the difference between onions diced on site and onions that are pre-mixed into canned or jarred salsa.

Red Chiles

We use a mix of red and green chilies in our salsa base. In addition, we can add red chili flakes to create an even hotter tableside mix. Our Salseras are always willing to help you customize your experience, so let us know if you prefer mild, medium, or spicy.

Green Chiles

Adding diced green chili peppers helps build texture and heat. These are crisp and sliced in-house, not added to the salsa ahead of time. We also have roasted tomatillos, mashed tableside by our Salseras, to take your salsa to the next level.

Fresh Cilantro

A great recipe for salsa is not complete without cilantro. Our Salseras add fresh cilantro and mix it right in front of you. At Guadalajara’s Grill & Tequila Bar, we always source the best cilantro and add the perfect amount to suit your tastes.
